1. Exclusive Boutique Operations
Bravely (bravely.site) operates as a premier online purveyor specialising in elite wellness technology and luxury seating. By accessing our boutique or initiating a transaction, you agree to be bound by these refined Terms & Conditions.
2. Bespoke Orders & Acceptance
Each order placed via bravely.site represents an offer to acquire a premium asset. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion. A binding contract is only formed once you receive our formal “Order Acceptance” via electronic mail.
3. Currency & Pricing
All valuations are presented in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Due to the premium nature of our collection, Bravely reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice, though the price confirmed at the time of transaction will remain fixed.
4. White-Glove Logistics & Installation
For our flagship collections, we provide complimentary White-Glove delivery and professional in-home installation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the designated space is cleared and accessible. Bravely is not liable for delays resulting from restricted access or third-party logistical complications.
5. Returns & The Right to Cancel
In alignment with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you hold the right to cancel your acquisition within 14 days of delivery. Assets must be returned in pristine, unused condition. Due to the bespoke nature of White-Glove installations, specific return logistics may apply; please consult our concierge for guidance.
6. Comprehensive 5-Year Warranty
Bravely guarantees the excellence of its collection. All Casada assets include a comprehensive 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. We act as your primary liaison to facilitate seamless technical support and on-site professional servicing throughout the warranty period.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
