Welcome to BRAVELY , These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
1. Products and Orders
Bravely offers premium massage chairs and related products as described on our website. Product images are provided for illustration, and actual colours or finishes may vary slightly.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may contact you to verify order details before confirming your purchase. Your order confirmation will provide the relevant purchase details.
2. Prices and Payments
Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Any delivery charges, taxes, customs duties, or other mandatory charges applicable to your order will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be completed using an available payment method at checkout. We do not store full payment card details unless this is expressly handled by an authorised payment provider.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We currently serve customers in the United Kingdom, Egypt, and the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
Estimated delivery is generally 35–40 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by shipping, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate material updates where possible.
Delivery is to the customer’s address as agreed at checkout. In-home installation, assembly, or white-glove services are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty
Cancellation, return, refund, and warranty requests are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of website content will always be error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
